We are in times of rapid change and unprecedented uncertainty.  As leaders, we set the tone for how we deal with stress, make decisions, and interact with others.  These are just a few of the Emotional Intelligence skills that are critical to leading change effectively.

"Change will only be successful if organizations and individuals address the transitions that people experience.  Even with a solid change strategy in place, thoughtful attention to human tansition is often the critical missing link organizations need to sustain new initiatives." - William Bridges

In this session, participants will:

  • Increase their understanding of Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
  • Explore how EQ skills are critical to a post-COVID workplace
  • Learn strategies for cultivating EQ skills most critical for leading change
  • Identify actions for impact to further develop facets of EQ

After attending this workshop, participants will have actionable strategies to build their EQ skills, as well as an understanding of why EQ is an essential tool for leaders of all size organizations.

This workshop is ideal for those who:

  • Lead a team or run a small business
  • Want to show up as an effective, empathetic leader
  • Want to lead impactful, lasting change
  • Are curious about how to cultivate EQ skills
